The Cisco Data Center NX-OS for IOS Administrators (DCNXA) v1.0 is a five-day instructor-led course designed for network administrators who are migrating from a traditional Cisco IOS environment to routing and switching platforms that use the Nexus Operating System (NX-OS). This custom built Cisco Nexus training class was developed by NterOne using the best lessons from all available Cisco Nexus courses to maximize the learning experience for individuals who want to focus on day-to-day administration.

This course covers the key components and procedures you need to know to administer Cisco Nexus 1000, 5000, and 7000 series switches. This course will also cover important troubleshooting procedures for these platforms as well.  This is a great course if you have been operating Cisco IOS networks for years and wish to get a full immersion of the similarities and differences between IOS and NX-OS with a goal of expanding your Cisco networking skills to include the NX-OS platform.

Who Should Attend

  • Network, systems, and consulting systems engineers
  • Network designers, administrators, and managers
  • Data Center administrators, designers and system engineers
