Your first step is the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification. After successful MCSA completion you will need to pass the two exams shown below.

Prepare with Course 20331A: Core Solutions of Microsoft® SharePoint® Server 2013
Targeted at experienced IT Professionals interested in learning how to install, configure, deploy and manage SharePoint Server 2013 installations in either the data center or cloud. In addition, Business Application Administrators (BAAs) who are engaged in the administering line-of-business (LOB) projects in conjunction with internal business customers would benefit from understanding of managing SharePoint Server 2013.

Prepare with Course 20332A Advanced Solutions of Microsoft® SharePoint® Server 2013
This course focuses on how to design a Microsoft SharePoint 2013 infrastructure for solution architects. The course discusses the key planning elements that you must plan to deploy a robust SharePoint 2013 solution, including logical and physical design. You will see how to plan for specific SharePoint 2013 infrastructure components, such as service applications and managed metadata. You will also see how to plan business solutions, including search and business intelligence (BI). The course includes planning advice for both new deployments and upgrades from previous versions. The course will release in early April.
